The following survey includes some general screening questions (for instance, your age and current medication), to make sure you are safe to take part in this study. It will approximately take 2 minutes to complete.
If you are eligible to take part, the study team will contact you within 10 working days and arrange a suitable time for you to come to the Warneford Hospital in Headington, Oxford, for your first visit (if you are still happy to participate). You will
be paid £100, plus reasonable travel expenses. If you are not eligible to take part, the study team will let you know within 10 working days, and your responses to this survey will be deleted.
Your participation in this screening survey is voluntary and you may refuse to take part in the research or exit the survey at any time without penalty. You do not have to participate in the next part of the research if you do not wish to and are free to withdraw at any time. Your responses to this survey are confidential and your data will be stored in a password protected electronic format that only the research team has access to.
If you have any questions about the research you can contact us via email (georgia.feltham@psych.ox.ac.uk). Also, if you prefer to do this screening on the phone, please contact us directly (georgia.feltham@psych.ox.ac.uk), and we will be more than happy to arrange a phone screening interview.
